Licensed since 1978, Mainly active on 4m, 2m, 70cm plus microwave bands and provides three (FM) internet gateways on 10m, 4m and 70cm (www.radio.apj1.co.uk). Alison is also a fully registered as an instructor/assessor for the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced examinations.
Professionally, Alison is the Engineering director for Nabishi UK Ltd based in Reading, providing PMR/Military communications and IT systems to a global market covering HF through to Microwave. Hobbies in addition to amateur radio include Gardening, Skydiving, Sailing and computers.
